Military technology

Military tactics is the collective name for methods of engaging and defeating an enemy in battle. Military strategy is a collective name for planning the conduct of warfare. Military doctrine is a level of military planning between national strategy and unit-level tactics, techniques, and procedures.
A military unit is an organization within an armed force. It may consist of any number of soldiers, ships, vehicles, or aircraft. Armies, navies, and air forces, are organised hierarchically into groups of various sizes for functional, tactical and administrative purposes.
Communication is a process whereby information is encoded and imparted by a sender to a receiver via a channel/medium. The receiver then decodes the message and gives the sender a feedback.
Communication requires that all parties have an area of communicative commonality. There are auditory means, such as speaking, singing and sometimes tone of voice, and nonverbal, physical means, such as body language sign language, paralanguage, touch, eye contact, by using writing.
